Problem
Several core user flows were still delivered through web views rather than native app experiences. This resulted in a fragmented journey, an inconsistent user experience, and multiple friction points for users.
Examples of web views in the app experience.
Goal
The primary goal was to reach 70% native coverage by converting key web-view flows into fully native app experiences. Beyond simply translating screens from web to native, the aim was to identify opportunities to improve the overall user experience by reviewing entire flows end to end and addressing usability and clarity issues through thoughtful redesign.
My role
I analysed existing user flows to identify pain points and areas for improvement, then translated these insights into improved designs through iterative design. I supported developers throughout production with user flows, prototypes, and detailed screen breakdowns.
