The goal of this four-week engagement was to elevate the current app design, which was outdated and riddled with usability problems that often left customers confused and frustrated.

New mobile designs were created for a modern native experience, addressing key pain points identified through user feedback and analysis. These designs were paired with a comprehensive design system that could be easily embraced by the team, ensuring consistency and efficiency in future updates and feature implementations.

As of November 2024, the app holds a rating of 4.7 on the App Store.
